One of the key differences between losing money, breaking even, or being very profitable has to do with the systems, strategies and tactics you use to manage your mobile home park.

There are some big levers that you can pull to dramatically ramp up your profitability (and we cover those in-depth in the course), but there are also some small changes you can easily make. These small “tactical” changes have a big impact over time.

Here’s a short video of just one of the tactics you can use if your park has RV spaces. This is by no means one of our bigger tactics, but this video was short enough to allow us to edit it before we get the new video editing computer.
