Do you have a list of all the topics you will be covering? Also, do you have a ballpark figure of how much this whole thing will cost? thanks again.

@Gayle – You’ll learn how to manage a mobile home park, how to market vacancies, how to hire a property manager and how to manage a property manager (whether you are local or whether you are across the country). You can see the titles of each unit at http://www.mobilehomeparkclassroom.com/members along the right-hand side.

I haven’t determined a price yet, but my goal is to way over-deliver in terms of value versus investment in the course. I am also thinking about splitting off the last two modules into a “park-owners” edition so you won’t have to invest as much if you buy the Property Management Module for property managers.
