JasonThe mobile home park business is not an easy business for most owners and managers… but it can be.

My name is Jason Ayers and my family has been in the business for 3 generations.

Now, I’d love to say we’ve always been great at mobile home park management and investing – that we were born with the Midas touch and that everything we’ve ever touched has turned to gold…

But, that would be total B.S.

Here’s the truth…

  • We’ve hired people that didn’t work out
  • Rented to tenants that we thought were great (…but who went on to destroy our mobile homes)
  • Plunged toilets at 2:47 AM
  • Showed up to meet the Sheriff to evict bad tenants
  • Walked into mobiles that have been completely destroyed where the smell was so bad we had to hold our shirts over our mouths and noses to avoid puking
  • Hired employees that stole from us and then lied about it when we confronted them
  • Owner-financed parks that we sold and then got back in miserable shape (…with a lot fewer tenants)
  • Been beat out of the rent by deadbeat mobile home park tenants
  • And on and on and on.

Overall, we’ve made a lot of mistakes and spent a ton of money learning from them. In short…

We’ve been there (…but we don’t think you have to “go there” or do things the hard way if you are willing to learn from us).

Now don’t get me wrong, as we figured this business out, we also enjoyed the freedom and the benefits of investing in mobile home parks.

We’ve taken some amazing trips to amusement parks, we’ve sat on crystal-clear beaches, spent weeks in exhilarating mountain get-aways, and we’ve just taken weeks off at a time doing whatever we wanted to do whenever we wanted to do it.

One of my greatest summers was a 3 month vacation to Alaska, British Columbia and California in 1987 – we enjoyed life while our property managers managed the parks for us.

The beginning and middle of our ownership experience was… not so good.  BUT, now life is really good (…and it’s fun!).

We’ve seen both sides of the coin… and my aim is to help you get to the fun part as quickly and as painlessly as possible so sign up for updates if you’re ready…

My brother and parents run their mobile home parks and I do two things – I help them improve what they are doing so they can save time, money and live a lower stress life and I help them fill their vacancies using great marketing strategies that I’ve learned the hard way.

Their gifts are management and ownership.  My gifts are improving systems, marketing and breaking complex material down so it’s easy to understand and actually do.

So why did I create Mobile Home Park Classroom?

People kept noticing how my family was doing and they kept asking, “How?”.

Finally, I gave in and started figuring out how to teach our strategies over the internet (and it’s been tough – lots of technology problems!) – but, it’s been worth it and here’s why…

You should be able to sleep at night instead of sitting up worrying about your mobile home park or dealing with one of those 2:47 AM phone calls that always comes on the night when you are so tired you can barely drag yourself out of bed.

Life’s too short for that kind of life (trust me, we lived it for a long time until we figure it out). Besides, that’s not what attracted you to the mobile home park business in the first place, right?

You were probably attracted by the income potential and the freedom…

Well, that freedom and the income potential is possible (…if you know what you are doing).
